Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Public Safety with No Minor or Concentration:

If you want to become a disaster first-responder, then this is the degree program for you; it is designed to educate those who are dedicated to preserving our nation's safety. Our program includes the entire core courses required from the criminal justice, security and public safety curriculums and includes a final project incorporating homeland security and public safety for graduation with this degree. Many students transferring from another university will find this degree beneficial for several reasons, including our acceptance rate of credits earned at other colleges and our lack of a minor program.

Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security Concentration

It is designed for students who want to develop a strong foundation in public safety and homeland security and who are without prior college credit for transfer. The Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Homeland Security is a comprehensive program which ensures the highest degree of quality and knowledge, going well beyond the basics required by most schools. Courses in criminal psychology, investigation, narcotics and financial crimes are included in the curriculum. Public Safety and Homeland Security classes are prerequisites for the homeland security concentration course. Courses in criminal psychology and investigation, narcotics, and financial crimes are required to complete the homeland security and public safety classes.

The Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Public Safety with No Minor Concentrations program is an excellent program for those individuals responsible for the safety of large groups of people. Although a minor and concentration are not included with this degree, it allows the transfer of previously earned credits from another university.
