Through the California College for Health Sciences at Independence University associate's degrees can be obtained in advanced respiratory care and allied health. Certificate programs are available in community health education, gerontology, health psychology, and health care ethics. Bachelor's degrees can be obtained in nursing, respiratory care, and health services management.

The institution's College of Business offers a certificate program in business essentials, an associate's degree in general business, and a bachelor's degree in general business. An early childhood education associate's degree is also available through the university’s College of Education.

The faculty are skilled in their field of study as well as online curriculum.
