McKinley College

McKinley College has offered online courses for over a quarter of a century. The college offers Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees in a wide variety of disciplines. AAS degrees are available in accounting, business management, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, fashion merchandising, financial services management, health information management, human resources, and marketing.

Online students have the option of going at their own pace or finishing their AAS degree in as little as 16 months. The courses are highly career-focused and there are not filler or elective courses that do not apply to the major.

The college provides online software and allows students to stream in video lectures, participate in online chat rooms with other students, post on message boards, and interact with instructors. Technical support is available 24/7 to answer questions and resolve any technological difficulties. Most material is mailed to the student's residence and tests are taken and mailed back to the college.

McKinley College instructors are skilled in their field of study as well as distance learning. The instructors promote discussion with the students and the students have direct access to their instructors for question and answer, grade inquiry, or tutoring services. Designated office hours are set up so that the students may have one-on-one access to their instructor.

Tuition is all-inclusive including books. Financial aid and payment plan options are available for those who require assistance. A financial aid department is available via email, phone, or chat to answer questions or concerns about tuition, available scholarships, loans, and grants. Interest-free payment options are available. Military benefits and G.I. Bill benefits are also accepted.

Career services are available to all online students at McKinley College. The career planning department provides assistance with job research, resume writing tips, job offer reviews, interviewing skills, and more.
